NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL OFFICES TO BE VOTED ON
In the town of Fayette Municipal General Elections
One (1) Mayor – 4 year term
Two (2) Council Members – 4 year term
Candidate filing period begins on Monday, June 2nd and ends n Friday
June 6th 2025. A Declaration of Candidacy Form or Nomination
Petition can be filled out in person with the town clerk at 100 E 90 S,
Fayette, Utah during the hours of 9am to 3pm Tuesdays and
Thursdays. Or email Tyson Holyoak at fayette5882@gmail.com or call
435-528-5882 from 9am to 3pm Tuesdays and Fridays.
Filing deadline is Friday June 6th, 2025 at 5:00pm.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR CANDIDACY:
1) Be a legal US Citizen
2) Be a registered voter of the municipality
3) Be a resident of the municipality for 12 consecutive months
4) No felony convictions
MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTIONS IS AUGUST 12, 2025
GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION IS NOVEMBER 4, 2025
